Persatuan Doktor Bedah Am HRPB Ipoh Perak (hereinafter referred to "we", "our" or "us") takes your privacy very seriously. So, we have developed a privacy policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. We do not sell your personal information and we are committed to ensuring that your personal information will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy. We only share your personal data with your consent, or as required by law.

1.1 When you register as our member, order our product or when contact with us, we may collect from you the following personal information:
1.1.1 Name, mailing address, phone number, fax number and email address;
1.1.2 Credit card information and billing information including name of cardholder, card number, billing address and expire date;
1.1.3 Any personal information provided by you for the purpose of checking, maintenance, repair or solving problem.

2.1 The data we collected or provided by you will be used for the purposes as follows:

2.1.2 Provision of delivery receipt or order history;
