Refunds

To be eligible for a return, you must submit your request in writing to our email before 30th of September 2023.

To start a return, you can contact us at ipohsurgsociety@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange the refunds with our designated payment service provider.

Do note that the only 50% of the payment amount shall be refunded to you.

Any requests after the 30th of September 2023 shall not be entertained by the Society.

You can always contact us for any return question at ipohsurgsociety@gmail.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received your application, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ipohsurgsociety@gmail.com.
